This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we store it.

Account information
My Kanban can be used without creating an account.
When opting to subscribe to My Kanban Premium, we ask you to create an account for purposes of providing you with premium features, such as data-sync, across all devices where My Kanban Premium is available.
To create an account, we'll ask you for your email address and a password of your choosing. Your password will be stored in our system in an encrypted (hashed) form.
To sign up for My Kanban Premium, some billing information will be requested. We use the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store to process payments. These services will generally ask you for your credit card information, and will process payment, as needed, on our behalf. We do not get access to, or store, any of your credit card or billing information.
Tasks
With My Kanban for iOS and Android, all task data is stored locally on your device, and is never sent to any external location.
When opting to subscribe to My Kanban Premium, your task data is automatically synchronized, securely, with our sync server for purposes of giving you access to your tasks across all of your devices.
When synchronizing, your task data is transferred using an industry-standard secure SSL connection, and all task data is stored on the sync server in an encrypted state.
Usage, device, and performance data
We may collect operational data about the My Kanban application, such as crash logs and performance data. This data is collected by a third-party application (currently BugSnag), and is used for purposes of determining causes of crashes and performance issues. The data collected may include general technical device specs and/or information pertaining to application performance, but does not include any personally-identifiable information.
Log Data
When synchronizing your task data, the My Kanban sync server may retain log data containing information about the connection. This information may contain things like the type and IP address of your device. This information is used only for proper operation of the sync server and to help us improve the sync service.
Do we collect any personal data from minors?
We do not allow use of My Kanban or any of our services by users under the age of 18. As such, we do not collect or store any personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@antair.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that data from our servers.
Third-party service providers
We use third-party service providers to help us operate My Kanban, but we will never share your personal data other than as described here without your explicit consent.
The third-party service providers help us operate My Kanban for purposes like payment processing, disaster recovery, account management, customer support, and communication, As such, your data may pass through them, but we do not provide your data for alternate purposes, such as marketing or data mining, to anyone.
Other disclosures
In certain cases, we may have to disclose your personal data to third parties. These cases are limited to the following circumstances:
As a user of My Kanban, we may communicate with you about your account with us. You may also be asked questions about how to improve My Kanban, or you may receive information about related Antair products or services. You will have the option of opting out of these messages.
We only store your personal data as long as it is necessary to provide you with the requested service, such as data sync, or until you stop using the service and request deletion of your data.
We employ industry-standard technical security measures, such as encryption, to protect your personal data. Please note, however, that no system of data is completely secure, no matter what reasonable security measures have been taken. Although we take the protection and storage of your personal data seriously, and we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we cannot be held responsible for data breaches that occur outside of our reasonable control. We will, however, follow all applicable laws in the event a data breach occurs, including taking reasonable measures to mitigate any harm as well as notifying you of such breaches as soon as possible.
We do reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, and for any reason. If we make any significant changes or otherwise change the way that we process or store your personal data, we will let you know via email or other notification mechanism.
